Ok but buggy

It’s a bit buggy and doesn’t work well with just the phone camera to read the HRV. It would be nice to be able to pair it with Kardia since that’s what a lot of POTS people use to track tachycardia, etc.

Response from developer

I appreciate you taking the time to give feedback. You are right about the camera, of all the ways to get HRV, it is the most difficult because it's so easy to introduce noise (hands aren't warm enough, accidental movement, etc). I continue to try and make it a better experience, but it will always be a less than ideal experience compared to a wearable or chest strap. The main reason we offer it is because many people who suffer from chronic illnesses don't have money to spend on a device, so it's the only way they can capture their HRV, so I hope you'll understand. I'll continue to try to improve the camera experience though, thank you! As for Kardia, I would love to support it, but AliveCor (the manufacturer) does not have an open Bluetooth interface for their devices, so it's not something I can simply add. I'll definitely continue to try to find a way to support it as that would be a great option. If you want to tell me more about your camera readings, please reach out to austin@autonomic.care and I'll try my best to help :)

Necessity for non-athlete health tracking

Only app that isn’t for athlete training and specific to dysautonomia. Very good to have symptoms measured with health tracker I already have (Apple Watch). Will get chest strap HR monitor to improve tracking. Patience is required and lots of measurements. Already seeing actionable data results after 5 days of consistent usage.

Extremely helpful app

This app is great! I’ve only had it 2 days and it’s already helping me manage my health and gather data to show providers. This is one of the only apps that prioritizes privacy which is what made me download it, but it’s doing everything and more so far.

Good app, good customer service

I don’t have pots, just wanted to track my hrv. Gave me all the info I was looking for and seems really well made. Also reached out with questions and they wrote back quickly to help me. Very happy.

Easier than what I was using

Used Welltory for a while for my MCAS but kept having issues with the app, so I tried this. Way easier to use and I get a lot of the same information
