Scam and fraudulent company — please be cautious.
Buyers from outside the country are entitled to receive a 10% tax refund, which is officially submitted in the buyer’s name and refunded directly to the buyer’s bank account within eight weeks.
However, the company deliberately conceals this information and unlawfully retains the entire refund amount, in addition to the profit they already make from selling the vehicle. This practice constitutes deception and theft, exploiting buyers who are unaware of their rights.
I attempted to negotiate a fair solution by proposing that they retain only 5% of the cashback, without adding any profit margin, which would have been a reasonable and just arrangement. Nevertheless, they refused and falsely claimed that the entire cashback amount belongs to them.
