The car arrived in bad condition.
I applied, paid the money and received the car, but the car arrived and needs a lot of maintenance on the engine, and this is expensive. I contacted them and they did not respond.
Not as expected
I recently purchased a vehicle from them, despite saying it will take a month, it took two months & another week from port to final destination. Claim is open for 30 days from the expected day to reach port even if it delays they still count. The vehicle i purchased got major complications from the day i received it, when i went to file a claim, it was already closed even if i just received the vehicle. I contacted them & they gave me a link to submit a claim which was denied for the following reasons: vehicle was driven more than 100km, claims are for vehicle that have arrived within one month & lastly it has been at its destination for long time and they closed the claim. Mechanic is charging 1500$ to fix it on top 4000$ i paid for the vehicle.
I live far away from destination port, so i had to hire their recommended company to deliver the car for additional 800$ which explains why the car was driven more than 100km. The company claims that the vehicle was okay when they brought it to me because they were driving it to where I am. Engine has a problem & they need to replace a part of it which is costly.
When you buy a vehicle from them, think twice so you won’t face the same problem as me & loose money.

No answers and not as described
My order did not shipped and while taking the last photos it was not as described and i asked the team many questions and there were no answers or descriptions i do not know why they do like this !!! If they can not proceed just they can cancel it out. Their inspection was nothing but unclear photos it is only a way to get money out of people.

Potential Scam
It’s been ~4 months since I made the payment for a truck. Truck has not been shipped. I asked for a refund and I have to pay a penalty, on top of that I am still fighting to get my refund back after 2 weeks from the request date. They can’t even give me a timeframe to receive my refund and can’t even tell me what the penalty is.
