Doesn’t work any more
Ava doesn’t support downloading data from the each to the app any more. It’s been the case for at least 6 weeks now. I contacted Ava many times but no response at all

When you click on a day it jumps to the day to the left of it. This app needs major updates
Horrible customer service
I bought two devices and both stopped working. When the second device stopped working after 2 months I reached out to customer service. They sent me on a wild goose chase of troubleshooting tasks, even though it was clear that the device was nonfunctional/hardware issue. And when I would do their task they would send new ones. After 25 emails back and forth they have still not sent me a new device. Trash company. Do not buy.

App does not even open
I have used Ava for years and it suddenly would not open, giving an odd error message, and hasn’t worked for over 48 hours now. This prevents me from even accessing my data and leaves the bracelet useless. I messaged customer service immediately and have yet to hear from them.
Time change crashed the app
Hasn’t worked in days. Otherwise it’s a great app and device.
Great until the server goes down
The server is going down. Love it when it’s actually working.
Error
It’s telling me “the certificate for this server is invalid” repeatedly. It won’t work anymore.
App always down
Currently there is a “server error” and I can’t login to the app. Before it was down for months and feels like it just started working again. Really frustrating to keep having technical issues

App crashing-can’t be used
I just downloaded the app as indicated in the pamphlet, and after the second day, the app shows an error and won’t open. If the app doesn’t work, how are we supposed to use this product? Please fix this ASAP.
Server error
I loved this app until my phone updated and now I get a server error. And it says my phone is at risk to being hacked because this app Is pretending to be AVA
App Not Working
When I launched the app I get a certificate expired error. This app is unusable.
App suddenly stop working!
Was using this app to track data and woke up this morning aht it’s suddenly not working. It’s giving an error code and there is no customer service to reach to get the error fixed. Was told the company went out of business. No way to find out for sure.
Love the app but…..
The app is great been using it since 2020 but lately with apple updates the app crashes and states there is an Error to the server. And it’s always at the worst possible time. 😒
Does not work with newer phones
I recently got a new iPhone 16 pro max and my app stopped working completely. Will not let me log into my app or account. I’ve tried sending emails and such to get in contact with someone and say no longer in service. Their website no longer works either. I feel as I wasted money on this bracelet because now it is useless to me being pregnant, unable to use or track anything now.

Disappeared for android
I removed the app from My android phones when the app went down for 2 months. Now it’s back, but not for android? If you left it installed or use apple, you’re fine, but otherwise, you’re out of luck. Terrible app, product, and company.
Went out of business without telling anyone
Pretty reprehensible. I bought a tempdrop instead.
Unreliable
App was down for an entire month. For an app collecting health data that is completely unacceptable.
Used forever but something’s wrong
I’ve been tracking on here for years. And for some reason the app is not opening and logging in or nothing. Hoping it gets fixed soon.
App suddenly stopped working for 1 month, no support
There is no way to export data, and there was no warning that the app would suddenly stop working. With major app updates I would expect normal engineering team to do gradual forced upgrades - not just stop the app working for months on end. Absolutely terrible service. I’m at a point where medically I really need access to my symptom data too!
