Ava not up to snuff

My 93 yr old mom went almost completely deaf and an app that would let her read conversations easily would be extremely useful. The speaker id and color coded identification on Ava isn’t working. Paid for a year subscription and very disappointed with the difficulty of this app and this feature isn’t working!!!

Loved this app until AI integration. AI is actively harming communities in the US esp Black and POC communities. So app has been deleted.
