Login issues
App logged me out says “no url is specified” - reinstalled; tried a different device; restarted devices; tried different networks. Terrible experience.

App spams with notifications with no control over silencing/disabling per event type (post, management notice, etc).
App requires logging in at least once a day, making it extremely inconvenient to use. Avalon should implement better session retención and Face ID if security is a concern.

Building is not a great replacement for Facebook community
The new app is missing features that Facebook community had, which Avalon deactivated.
Community messaging is awful
The building deactivated the Facebook group and replaced it with this disaster. Would it be possible to re-activate this group? The app does not offer the same functionality at all. There is no way to search messages, no direct messaging, no distinction between service requests and community messages. Also, the posts have to be opened directly to read them - there is no way to scan through so no one bothers to read any of the posts. The app is significantly worse than the separate functions it replaced previously.

No Elevator Reservation
Cannot reserve the freight elevator. It just opens a new tab on their website that leads to another app, the old Resident app. Quite annoying.
No Way to Disable Community Post Notifications
There’s currently no way to disable push notifications for new community posts, so I am getting notified multiple times a day whenever someone makes a new post. I didn’t want to disable all notifications for the app because some of them are useful (mainly updates on my maintenance orders), but that seems to be the only solution until they fix this.
