Bad app overall
A lot of features not working. Specially “Get help” section, always showing connection error, never work
No signup process!!
If I can’t signup, how do I sign in? Hello!!??
If it were 2004, would give 3 stars
Logs you out. Every. Single. Time. Two factor takes for ever to come through. Super clunky. Features limited.
What’s the Purpose
Why would I upload all of my documents and important information into this slow, unusable, extremely janky app when it doesn’t even go directly to the community, nor allows me to pay? This is ridiculous and disappointing. Also, fix your tone. I shouldn’t have to become indignant with a representative to get an email resent. Why would you get annoyed with a customer who can’t find an email from an unfamiliar address? Upsetting.
