App doesn’t function properly
I have been on a couple days with a trainer that advertised a 6 week boot camp the app is not user friendly there is no direct connection that I see to the trainer I get alerts that the trainer is communicating but no where do I see actually threads I did my check in and cannot find my pic and measurements I will continue my workouts but I think when this 6 weeks is over and this same experience has continued I’ll be cancelling this service I was so motivated but this is too frustrating and should not be the case one star because I have to do that to upload this comment

Exceptional!
I love the workouts on this app how you can track every workout down to the minutes. I love how you can also alternate certain workout if you have restrictions. I love how you can also record yourself and send it to your coach for feedback on your form.

Don’t waste ur time or money. This is indeed a scam and they will try to take ur money

I paid $49(make sure to read any cancellations are effective after 1 month) which is whatever. all I get is a picture of the trainer whose link I clicked and some jacked up videos of random people I thought would be the trainer. When I inbox the trainer through the app it’s automated. Why are people advertising the link(youtube trainer) to a busted app?

Glitchy app
I really want to give this app a better rating as it has been really helpful and I love my coach! That being said, I cannot access chat with my coach ever, without having to delete the app and reinstall it EVERY single time. I have powered my phone off and on, it is up-to-date, as is the app. This just will not fix! Can’t even read the newsfeed ever as it just shuts down the whole app every time! I have an iPhone 13 PM. I don’t see a place to even contact an admin of the app for help. It’s disappointing.
