Worst experience ever…. Almost 20 days ago I placed an order but it wasn’t confirmed and then yesterday suddenly it got canceled automatically such a poor service from AVIMEE HERBAL. 😔

Very pathetic service, I ordered the product from you which I have not received yet it’s been more then 10 days still, everyday I get sms that my order will be delivered today but than I receive sms mentioning that your request for cancellation is approved and here is the otp, I want my order as soon as possible.

Very bad app experience
Was not able to login. Tried logging in using OTP, it showed login failed again and again. After that it showed multiple attempts done so try using other number. Very bad UX.

If you guys open avimee herbal instagrams or any platform you can see in comments section how bad costumer care services this guys have and I order some products from their website after watching shark tank but today is 23 day they still not started to ship my order I try to contact them many platform, but I see they are many customer are so much frustrated because of their customer care service

Very delayed and poor service from the brand, not able to executed as per their words, it’s been more than a week and yet the order is not dispatched and now they are not even connecting to the customers via call and email both.
At the time of taking order they want money first, promised about result and delivery time but before getting product they are giving this type of service, so that i can imagine which type of result I’ll get after using.
