Can't get past the medical profile

I think in theory this app is meant to be amazing, but I can't get past making the medical profile section. That's the only page it will open to, and I've completed the profiles so now what? Very frustrating as I'm trying to explore what's available to me

Can’t login

Can’t login to the app and couldnt assign a new member to my policy before that. App is completely broken
