This app is registered in my old email address that I no longer have access to. Due to this I can’t change anything as it send all the reset information to my old email address and will not allow me to open an app with my new address. I was also told that Aviva don’t have an app by one of their customer representatives, then changed their mind to say the app is not set up for my type of car insurance policy. What a bag of fun

Seems to have stopped working

As it says on the tin. Not good!!

Does not work post upgrade

This app used to be great with real time info on pension, life assurance and other products but hasn’t work worked since a recent version change.

My ID or log-in & passwords no longer recognised and not option to correct or report.

The ‘from start’ is missing in ‘investments’ on the iPhone app. I find this very useful on the iPad app.
