Lolita did a great job explaining each part of the equipment and features on the machine. I am so glad that IHHC has the video conference , especially for those who have not used a CPAP machine before. Lolita cleared up my misgivings and answered all my questions. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the new way to see the doctor in case there wasn’t any available appointments in person. I recommend this for small cases like a cough or slight symptoms. Anything else one would have to go to the ER.. I had a wonderful experience. Would definitely do again if needed. The doctor was very nice and courteous.

Dr telephone appointment
This helped us so very much & I would Love to continue with this way in future, moms going on 92 & it’s very difficult to transport by vehicle/ Dr McMichael was wonderful as always, it worked perfectly, also nurse Angela with all necessary questions was excellent as well - thank you & God Blessed🙏

This was great to have, was not feeling well enough to go into Dr office , so talking to the Dr Virtual made it so much easier. Look at it this way it’s like FaceTiming.
