Going from bad to worse!
Logging in was always a hassle because faceID doesn’t work. Recently, I can’t login at all because it says I’m logged into another device. How incompetent are you!
This good app has become useless
After the latest update when I log in I get an error that I am already logged in from another app.
FaceID not working for months!
FaceID doesn’t work to login or make payment for a while now. I thought they would fix it after update but nope.

Useless after update
This app has become extremely useless extremely after the update. I can’t make any payment at the restaurant or anywhere because it fails all the time and wastes alot of time trying thousand times for it to work. Please try to make it not useless, I am being forced to open another bank just to use another app and that says alot because I hate opening alot of banks but you are forcing me. Try to make it useful I am begging you.

Decent app with one flaw
This is a far better designed app than Awash’s previous app. While I haven’t experienced many bugs, the biggest issue for me is that biometric login doesn’t work even though there’s an option for it. I hope the developers fix this issue
Version control problem
The latest update is just a down grade one… used to love the app though. How does it say you are logged in on another device while i only have one phone??

Best banking app in ET so far but the last update broke the app and I’m not able login. Please fix ASAP!!!!
Glitch in the system
I updated the app which was a big mistake. Now, I can’t access my account from my mobile phone. It tells me I am logged in on another device, but I am not. I am not in Addis. I haven’t gotten help yet. I am hoping someone at my Awash Bank branch will assist.
No support
It was working fine for a while then it locked me out and says “You’re logged in on another device” which isn’t true. And there is no support line as I am not in 🇪🇹

Suddenly stopped working
Everything was working fine until a few days ago, after the recent upgrade, my pin stopped working and I have error saying I am already logged into another device. I am now stuck because I lost access to my funds.
