Not a good insurance company

I strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing Axis Max Life. The customer service is extremely poor, and getting a genuine issue resolved feels unnecessarily difficult. Even after repeatedly raising a concern and following up, there was no proper resolution and I was simply redirected elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience overall. If customer support and hassle-free service matter to you, I would not recommend this company.

App infinitely stays on initial screen with couple on the screen.

Good app

It can perform all necessary activities. Except searching for fund performance which is a cumbersome procedure in this app . It doesn’t automatically selects your policy type and fund type which a layman has to enter from given choices . How the layman is expected to choose the exact he is searching for , I find it hard to perform .

Frustrating experience with term plan

I purchased a term insurance plan through the Axis Max Life app. It has been over 15 days and my application is still showing "Under Review" with no meaningful update or proactive follow-up from the company. The lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing. Based on my experience, the onboarding process has been slow and frustrating. I hope the company improves its customer support and application processing for future customers
