Do not trust them with your family’s future

I recently applied for Axis Max Life and completed my medicals, only to have my application rejected because of my ITR filing. Even though I have been filing my GST regularly for 3 years, they insisted on ITRs and then used them as a reason to decline my term plan (insurance). It feels like they are just looking for excuses to reject people. If you want a company that is honest and professional, go with ICICI or someone else. I will never use Axis again

Complaint

Most wasteful & selfish approach, illogical premiums collected, Not applied to the respective policies, why? If not applied to the policies for which amounts nearly 25 lakhs was paid, why keep. Must return back immediately for use & pay active about 85 family policies, which shall to lapse at a great loss to all policy holders who trusted you &?selfishly you ignored them and put them in great troublesome position - having no liquidity which you kept. How Fair / Unfair is this? Sad.

Poor Support after Paying premium

Hi, say this with heavy heart such an excellent customer service “before making the payment” Now the app doesn’t work. Can’t even download the policy properly. WhatsApp customer service is having technical issues since last three months. Updated my nominee, but the policy still shows old details. Now they will ask me to email my complain and not bother. Call me. I don’t know how I can trust them if I am dead.

Not user friendly

Not user friendly
I have recently purchased policy and within 30 days we can change the policy term however app won’t allow to change, and it’s a fraud from the max life team. They will call you and ask you to do the change online. Why did they give the option to change in app.
Also multiple emails i sent to service Helpdesk team. No response


Hello Guys, Iam giving the honest review . Customer support is very bad not able to provide clear information of my premium amount which is supposed to be returned.

Poor App Support – No Way to Handle Real Issues

The Axis Max Life app experience is poor and frustrating, especially when it comes to customer support and payment-related issues.

I recently faced a duplicate premium deduction due to manual payment and standing instruction overlap. While the issue was eventually logged via email, the app and WhatsApp support were completely ineffective. There are only limited, generic options with no way to connect to a live agent or explain an ongoing issue with acknowledgment numbers.

For a insurance app handling critical policies and payments, this level of support access is unacceptable. When real issues occur, customers are left struggling to find a proper resolution channel.

The app and support flow need serious improvement, especially for urgent servicing and payment errors.

Excellent app interface

Their new app provides all kinds of services and it too very few days for the modifications like address change and policy payment method change. They constantly remind you about such changes incorporated in mail and mobile number sms

It’s slowest financial app ever

It takes lot of effort to make such a bad app. Loading takes forever. Enable biometrics it logs out every single time. You have to log in with details every single time. You open a page it takes 30s to open that too on a faster processor of iPhone. Seriously it requires real hard work to make such a bad app.

I click on manage auto debit, it leads to page where it has lost of all my policies which individually has manage auto debit, when I clicked it, in app browser opens where nothing happens, blank.

No customer service support after policy purchase

They will contact only super duper instant calls and messages only if you enquire for a policy purchase or for payment. After you purchase they don’t even care you as a living being itself. They treat you cheap and whatever service request you raise they are very keen to send the payment link on every email but the don’t care about the request raised.

I see a significant improvement in the interactive application which has been introduced. Easy to used and very intuitive.

Keep up good work and also introduce features of generating performance report of fund over period both in-terms of annual CAGR return and risk weight especially for ULIP which help in assessment and taking appropriate decision for fund switch…

Disgusting App

Very disgusting app it gives me an error to login as “Invalid Login Details” even if i enter the registered mobile number and date of birth as per requested format..
The same issues comes even from the website sometimes, customer support is poor every time they ask to send an email to support team but they never fixed the issue. Overall bad experience
