No wallet !
This would be a great app if only it let you put the ticket in the wallet on Apple, unless I’m missing something? It’s really inconvenient!

Axs your system of resetting my password is so bad. I hope I never have to use your app again.
Waste Of Time
After you fill out everything, it rejects the credit card. (Yes,all was filled out correctly, and no there is not a problem with my card.) A quick search on Reddit exposes how this is a common issue on AXS- both the app and their website.

Why is it so hard to give you money!
I get to checkout it won't accept the 3 payment methods so then I go to different tickets and try to buy GA then it says there are no tickets. I call customer service and it hangs up on me. Live agent is 0 help. I'm trying to give you money wtf!
App crashes
This app is so hard to look for tickets on. It keeps resetting and then it will show no tickets available, then it will not allow access and you have to either reset settings or wait until it decides to let you in again. I had a horrible time trying to find and purchase tickets.
Spammers
There are all kinds of disgusting things about this company, but be advised that they do not honor repeated email unsubscribe requests (in flagrant violation of the law). Make sure you use HideMyEmail or some other measures to protect yourself from their abusive behavior (or better yet, do not support unethical, parasitic companies in the first place).

Horrible experience
Password wouldn’t work. Clicked reset password. Link takes time to verification page. Verification page bypasses reset page and takes me to login. Password still not working
Stay Away
My philosophy is if I have to work so hard to give someone my money, don’t bother! Promo codes, mailers with discounts, etc. None of them work! Sad, enough to make you stay away from entertainment.
Lost opportunity
I waited for an hour in the queue line, just to reach the front and be told my guest number was invalid 3 whole times. By the time I finally got to the front every ticket was sold out. Horrible app
Expensive and unnecessary
Axs charges exorbitant service fees for tickets, and I shouldn’t be forced to download an app I don’t want just to save tickets to my Apple wallet.
Not working at all
Several days have gone by. I updated my app, restarted my phone, cleared my cache, app only says “something went wrong” and doesn’t let me search h for any events. AXS sucks for many reasons and somehow they still rule yet their app doesn’t work and their website isn’t working today either on mobile. Cool.

App frequently thinks I am a bot and makes purchasing very difficult. I’ve missed numerous tickets because of it with no easy way to remedy….
Upon contacting support I was told there is nothing they can do to resolve this issue manually and that I should just use a different phone or computer. Complete fail.

Booking issues
Having booked tickets over 1 week ago I have no confirmation and the money is still held by AXS on my card. Customer service poor no one to speak to. Worst booking app I have ever used
