Kicked me out and wouldn’t let me back into the site for the last hour before concert started and therefore was unable to purchase any tickets. Horrible site

It’s pathetic how much information they ask you to put in. I was forced to put in a lot of information into an app I’ll never use again due to this awful experience. Looking forward to the thousands of scam texts and emails that will happen when they sell my information or send me spam about their other events that I have less than zero interest in attending 🙄

App either doesn’t load fast enough or the transfer tickets and FAQ doesn’t work/help
Tried to transfer tickets multiple times and the app doesn’t allow me todo it. Read every thing in the FAQ, didn’t help. Tried to ask a question, AI didn’t help either.
Avoid this company
Every aspect of trying to access tickets from this company is done to be incredibly incompetent and tedious. And I assume this is done to funnel people who have no other choice to get their tickets into putting the axs app on their phones. At least Ticketmaster has a fuctional website.

The app fully allows scammers to work under the guise of reselling tickets. I got scammed out over $100 for a concert I had been looking forward to for months.
They transfer the ticket to your account, take your money and then transfer it back without any warning. The app needs to face a lawsuit honestly, for allowing this to happen on their platform.

Always flagged as a bot
Doesn’t matter if I use the app or the website, AXS always flags me as a bot for some reason. Their customer service doesn’t help either.

After purchasing my tickets, I keep getting these emails to transfer them out?
I transferred them out to my daughter and she never received them?
I called customer support and the call keeps failing and everything suggested does not work? Still no transfer.? no tickets available? No answers.?

Privacy
I know it’s de rigeur for apps to ask for permission to track me and my first born and log every time we go to the bathroom without our consent, but why does this all need to know my location when I’m not using it? The normalization of this kind of privacy invasion should be faught against wherever possible.

Difficult to get hold of any help when there’s an issue of any kind that cannot be fixed online. Even a simple fix involves countless attempts.

It thinks I’m a bot or something and keeps locking me out.
Payment errors
Had bad experience in checking out the ticket but suddenly the payment won’t go through (apple pay & credit card) had to report it on customer service their reply is “its possible your purchase attempts have been stop by the bank” well i was able to buy check my credit card and debit and its all usable. They won’t lock your checkout in while your trying to pay. Thats the problem. Your 7mins is still useless.

Modern hellscape
Having to download this app just so I can access a ticket to an event I purchased is such a joke. Having to then verify my phone number on the app - again, just to access a ticket I’ve bought - is also annoying. All this just to add the ticket to Apple wallet which could’ve been done directly from an email in the first place?? It’s the equivalent of printing out paper with QR codes just to tell people to scan for the menu. I hate it here.

Not sure why I’ve been having trouble all week access the ability to purchase tix. Now that I finally purchased tix, I can’t access them on this app
Bugs crashes fails
This app is horrible. I should really pull it from the store and fix all the bugs. Everything from logging in trying to get tickets and bounces you out just a bunch of wacky errors and bugs. Took five tries to try to get tickets and way way longer than it should have.

Tickets ok. ‘Security check’ awful
The triggers for bot checking are way too restrictive. If I check several games or just refresh tickets for a game I’m interested in, it quickly blocks your IP address and thinks it’s suspicious activity. Way too restrictive and causes you to lose business. Even StubHub’s app is way better. Please fix this! Great potential.
