I can’t give any good review. I bought 2 tickets to Five Finger Death Punch and still showing nothing like i didn’t buy them. They need to produce the tickets.
Poor User Experience
User interface is hard to navigate have to click too many buttons to get to tickets. I kept refreshing a page to see if tickets dropped in price on the resale market and got kicked out as a bot and couldn’t go to the show I wanted to go to
Too many issues with online incompetence
I appreciate the fact they’re trying to curtail automatic purchases from bots. But their system is far far from perfect. I’ve been trying to purchase tickets and their systems. Keep telling me I’m a bot. I contacted them. They offered no assistance. Very frustrated and wish these ticket resellers would all go bankrupt and we could go back to buying tickets straight from the venues.

I’ve had extreme difficulty being verified as a valid fan and purchasing tickets through the AXS app. It’s the worst ticket buying experience I’ve had for a concert.

Terrible company and app
Even after logging in (2FA with pass then code from text) it still blocks me from tickets saying my behavior is like a bot. Why? Because I refresh to see if tickets drop out of carts? They do… And you have to refresh to see them.
You get the feeling this is flawed by design. They can gauge the demand then charge extortionate prices on their “resale” tickets.

Traps their users
They wouldn’t let me transfer my tickets to friends who are going at a different time to the concert because of “scalping” concerns so they made me sell my ticket for half of what I bought it for and proceeded to sell it for 2x that. Ironically they are essentially the scalpers.
Don’t try to upgrade it won’t work
Good luck trying to upgrade your tickets. The site will never allow it. It will just give you error after error.
Buyer Beware
Cannot resell, so make sure the date absolutely works for you if buying from this site. Based on research, I know this is likely an artist decision too, but I also tried to contact the site and received no response.
App won’t allow logging in
Tried to sign in to purchase tickets, for both me and my partner on our separate phones it wouldn’t enable the sign in button. We have accounts, trashy sloppy app

I have been unable to access my tickets.
My bad, but help!
Somehow, and I'm usually not this dumb, when I created my profile, I entered my email address in the slot where my last name should be. Well, you can't change certain details about your account once it's created. I've submitted two formal requests to have them change my last name, as instructed by their own help/support section. Over three weeks I've chatted with customer service, I've emailed, I've sent the form, and still can't get it fixed. I'm assuming this error is why I can't get access to my tickets for a show coming up. Not impressed.

App won’t let you log in despite having an account and continually gives errors a week prior to show date.

Ticket selling
I’ve been trying to list 1 ticket for sale and the app freezes when I put in my banking information. If I’m unable to resell this ticket I won’t be using this site again. The app has been a challenge.
