Terrible App
2 days and I can’t get logged in. Hope I can actually use the tickets!
Garbage app, steals your money
Logged me out and locked me out, customer service is nonexistent and is a platform for resellers. UPDATE: a customer service bot emailed me to say I should use the trash customer service url, which is just a sub par chat bot that talks in circles and solves nothing.
Unusable Due to “Security Features”
The app used to be great, but due to recent updates you have to be incredibly lucky for it to let you buy tickets and not flag you as a bot.
If you go through their support to confirm you’re not a bot they will tell you that the best way to purchase tickets is on a wired desktop using Google Chrome with no other applications running. I’m all for squashing bot resellers, but at this point ASX makes it impossible for real people to have a shot at tickets too.

I ONLY USE AXS
This isn’t a scalper company like Ticketmaster and Seat Geek. This is the one and only app to use!
Go to resale
Japan uses queue systems for limited item sales with no trouble. The “good luck” on the waiting room is almost insulting assuming you have a reserved opportunity to acquire tickets. Allowing people to purchase 4 tickets at a time is exacerbating the resale issue the events face already, as people love to “buy another ticket to pay for the first one.”
I’ve used the same account for years and never resold tickets but I get flagged for bot activity. Working as intended and just as expected. 👍

Useless
It always says I’m a bot. I can never purchase tickets
Latest update made it nonfunctional
Have used this app constantly for years - really convenient for buying, selling, transferring, and presenting tickets! But latest update has made it absolutely nonfunctional on my iPhone 16 - just redirects to website to buy or view any ticket & blocks me for being a bot. Super frustrating. Deleted & reinstalled, restarted my phone, etc - nothing works. Please revert!!

You think these bs ticket fees would at least mean we get a decent interface and timely customer service. But no, we live in hell.

Constant issues logging in, I always fail the “verify if you’re a real fan” for no reason.

Buying presale tickets is impossible
Absolutely terrible experience. I joined the waiting room early for a high-demand presale, followed all of AXS’s instructions, and was incorrectly flagged as a bot with the “Ensuring a Fair Fan Experience” message. I completed every troubleshooting step they recommended, but the system continued blocking me from accessing the event.
By the time the issue was resolved, the presale was sold out. I contacted customer support, but they were unable to remove the false bot flag or provide any meaningful solution. Even after the presale ended, I was still being blocked when trying to access the event page.
It’s incredibly frustrating to miss out on tickets because of a faulty anti-bot system when you’re a legitimate fan following all the rules. AXS needs a better way to identify real customers and provide immediate support when their system makes a mistake.

Despite receiving emails telling me I have some tickets for an event. The app keeps telling me to check my connection. There is nothing wrong with my connection which I have used for ten years running my business from home. Sort your end out, that is where the problem lies.

This app is very rubbish keeps crashing and saying sorry something went wrong. Uninstalled installed logged out logged in still doesn’t work.
Ticket purchase
I purchased concert tickets and I’m not able to make it due to a medical emergency. I have been denied a refund and the ability to sell. I will definitely think twice before purchasing from this company ever again and I will let people know how this experience has been.
MSNOW EVENT SEPT 26th
I bought tickets to an event and never received them. It’s been advertised constantly on MSNOW. The event is Sept 26th in Arlington and I want my money back. I paid for 3 tickets. This event is very important to me.
Not to be trusted
It will crash or glitch out right as you are trying to buy tickets and you will lose your place in line. There is no recourse. A terrible user experience.
