Keeps crashing
I’ve tried for days to open this app and I get errors. I am able to log in on the website but not on the app. Today there was an app update and I hoped it would fix the problem but no luck. How can I look for visits and make money if app doesn’t work???
App doesn’t work
I am trying to sign in from past 3 days but the app doesn’t work. It takes me to website to sign in and after putting my login details it returns to the app and then nothing happens. I tried it from apple phone, tablet and android all have the same issue. There is no one to speak to regarding it and it is really frustrating.

Axxess has ruined home health. I remember years before axxess care came out, we had enough patients to pay our bills. Now agencies take patients from everywhere because they can use axxess care. In the meanwhile the agency nurses end up with hardly any patients so they move on to salaried positions for stability. I know many agencies complaining about the not having enough nurses to work for them. They are so greedy, they don’t care about their nurses anyway.
Why are so many agencies keeping nurses with no patients as w2 employees even though they have no benefits, have to pay for their own gas, tickets, parking, etc. They must be getting some kind of tax advantages or extra money. I injured myself while doing wound care at my agency. I’m a W2 employee. The administrator told me they don’t have workers comp. He keeps telling me they’ll get workers comp but never does. We are treated very poorly for these companies. Because of the wound care that I perform, the agency has received many referrals. As a result of my injury, I cannot work as often as I would like to. I do not have health insurance. It seems like agencies are out to make fast money and move back to their countries of origin. Agencies that have Kinnser seem to retain their employees and give them more work probably because Kinnser charges per employee while axxess in unlimited for one fee.

The app is a joke. The agency doesn’t respond back, only one agency shows up and even if other agencies are requesting I respond to visit they want me to see talk about a waste of time and money the call center doesn’t know help you.
