Apparently, I Don’t Exist?
Tried to reset my password and, surprise, the app says my account doesn’t exist — even though I entered my username and last 7 digits perfectly. I didn’t realize I’d vanished from the banking system! Hope this gets fixed soon, because customers shouldn’t need a magic trick just to log in.
