Terrible
Do not go to Ayana resort, it’s a total tourist trap and is promotionally fake! Do not trust. The app is also a nightmare.

The app worked great when I stayed at Ayana! Super easy to make reservations and to contact concierge.

The service was amazing all the staff will greet you they where so lovely and kind the stuff there is amazing there are so many different pools there’s even kids club and a private beach the rooms. Are good.
