Never Buy anything from Aza
I tried to return an order and they only have the option to get credits on their wallet, no refund to your account, so if you buy something the money will stay with them, you can’t get it back. Do not buy anything. Rather buy it off individual websites.

The wishlist has been broken for a while now. It repeats the 10 or so items wish listed and doesn’t show the rest. Please fix this

Issues since few weeks
If I click link from instagram, it is not taking to the product in this app, it gives some number in search bar and says product not found. For any product link of Aza same number same error. I am facing this issue from past few weeks. I was not able to find products for buying. You guys don’t want me to shop at Axa? Looks like you wouldn’t care.

Worst service ever.
I have ordered three times till date and the experience has been far from satisfactory. The customer care doesn’t care about the customers at all. If the issue is from their side completely, still they won’t cancel the order if requested by customer and won’t initiate the refund. They will only say that the order is shipped now. The after sales service is in negatives, honestly. Never gotten my parcel on time. Always 10 to 15 days late than the estimated delivery date.

I have tired to return my kurta set, there website says ‘need to add account details’ no account details could be added to there app.
No return policy just hope you get the right product, if don’t it can’t be refunded.

Good variety but too many bugs
App consistently crashes. Whenever you change something in your cart, the discounts/coupons all are removed which is annoying. Selection/ui of the app is decent but you need to fix the performance issues.
Too many notifications and ads
I really love this app but i do not need to be notified every 20 mins of a new collection.
I don’t need 5 whatsapp notifications everyday on new collections either and now ive started receiving phone calls.
I always have a lot of stuff in my cart, i don’t need anyone to call me to pressure me to check out.
Other than that, i will always use this app

It doesn’t open at all
I get massages on what’s up from the app. But when i got the app it never opened! Just stuck on the aza name forever. I deleted it and got it again and still nothing changed

Poor service by delivery partner
I received msg that my order is successfully delivered but I didn’t received my order and from app I am not able to connect with costumer care service. I made payment in advance. Products on app are very high price

I needed 3 outfits for a wedding and found them all on Aza. Their options are fabulous!! So much variety, high quality, and great customer service!!

Remove the FAB!
