Extremely disappointing experience
I had a very poor experience with this brand and would not recommend ordering from them. Firstly, my order arrived with one item missing. There was no prior communication about this—only after I reached out to customer service did they inform me that the item had become unavailable. This should have been communicated *before* the delivery, not discovered by me upon opening the package.
To make things worse, one of the items that *was* included looked used—completely unacceptable for a supposedly new purchase.
Customer service was disappointing and unhelpful. They didn’t offer any meaningful resolution or apology, and the overall attitude felt indifferent. Lastly, the delivery was delayed by a full day, despite my call with the delivery person the day before confirming the schedule.
Overall, this experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and customer care. I won’t be ordering from them again.

They use misleading marketing and promotion campaigns !!! I ordered tights from Calzedonia brand, there was a clear offer, Buy 3 get 4. So automatically i placed an order of 3 tights and i expected to receive the fourth tight for free. But today i received only three! When i contacted their customer service team, they answered the stupidest answer ever! They said yes, Buy 3 get 4 , means ; you should buy 4 and the fourth will be calculated as a free one!!! And they refused to help in this misunderstandings that happened due to the offer not being clarified appropriately yo users!! Shame on you! I know how to let the related authorities in UAE deal with you!

Fake advertisement
They offer you 98% discounted items, then when add more items and order them, only the “normal” priced items are dispatched and the great deals are canceled. When contacted the reason would be a “systemic setback”! Very sleazy way to lure customers into buying from their website!
Worst experience!
Looks like they don’t have a team to run anything. In Dubai, you can’t give this subpar service. It is unreal, they will cancel your order saying the product is out of stock and they are not able yo update the website. Whereas, the product is still available on their website even after 15 days. Their processing of orders, payment & return is soo slow. Also no costumer care, there is only a chat option, no email nothing.
It has been a disappointment. Don’t order from them, instead use other apps.

Horrible experience
I bought items on sale , after waiting for 1 weeks they just canceled the order claiming that it’s out of stock! When I checked I found all the items still available with higher prices !
And the customer service is very bad and not helpful at all.

Absolutely Terrible
Ordered two products and money was paid. Received a WhatsApp a few hours later telling me the order had been cancelled as items were out of stock and the refund would take 14 business days! Terrible service and the refund time is ridiculous. The company shouldn’t take a payment until their system can guarantee the products are in stock.

Worst shopping app
Items that are out of stock should not be available for purchase. It has happened to me a couple of times where i place an order then get informed almost a week later that the items are out of stock when i could have searched and purchased the items from somewhere else.
When addressing the issue they claim that they have many orders and are under pressure but so do other online shopping platforms yet this issue has rarely happens anywhere else.
I no longer trust azadea for online shopping as i will never know if i will receive my items, i can secure them from somewhere else with full confidence that i will receive them. If azadea doesn't update its platform and keep up with the development its going to lose many customers.
