I ordered 14 dresses from Azazie because I was looking for the perfect dress for my daughters wedding and honestly wasn’t sure if ordering online would work out. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dresses the selection and especially the customer service.
I ended up keeping two dresses and the return process for the others was incredibly easy. My refunds were processed without any hassle which made the whole experience so much better.

Step mom of the Groom dress
I have to say I was scared about ordering online but the measurements and the material were perfect. The price was cheaper then my daughters dress. The whole experience was fantastic start to finish I got things on time. The dress was stunning and I’m not even kidding I’ve never in my whole life received that many compliments ever and people haven’t stopped talking about this dress. I’ve told so many ppl about Azazie now ! 1000% recommend !! Thank you for making this step mom of the groom feel pretty damn gorgeous !

Dress Exchange
Beautiful dress!! Unfortunately the size was a bit small so I decided to return it and exchange for a size larger. Let me tell you! The customer service and return (UPS Store) was quick and easy! Take your return scan code, UPS store scanned it and my order number and out the door I went. As soon as the UPS store scanned my item, my money was credited to my Azazie account before I got to my vehicle. When I returned home, I was able to re-order my dress. Great experience!!

Did not get my money back
When I started a return it asked me how I would like my money back (card or gift card) . I chose the full amount to my card option. However, I received all of it on a gift card and they said they can’t change it now. The only reason I had to return it so many times is because the sizing is inconsistent.

I ordered the incorrect size for my niece’s wedding. I was very pleased at how easy it was to perform a Happy Return to a local Staples store. I was immediately credited the full amount and able to order the correct size.

My dress arrived and was too small. The customer service representative was calm and helpful throughout my spazz. She helped me cancel my order immediately and I was able to reorder. A customer curtesy was given to me for my shipping cost as well as a 10% discount. I’ll definitely use this company again.

Great website, sucky app
This app experience is horrible. It doesn’t save my favorites, and to order for try on you have to scroll through every single dress option, there is no search feature.
