I am loving Azazie itself, my only issue is with the app having some lag. Some times it’s easier to just use the website on a laptop.

I just purchased my FOURTH different bridesmaid dress from Azazie in six years because I love and trust the quality. The dress always arrives close to the estimated date, the size is spot-on to what I requested, and the finishing is impeccable. 👏🏼

These dresses are quality and so beautiful I had to order several to determine my best fit and style. Very easy ordering processes and Customer Service response times.
Great website, sucky app
This app experience is horrible. It doesn’t save my favorites, and to order for try on you have to scroll through every single dress option, there is no search feature.
Wish it refreshed properly
Needed to order a dress as this was the preferred site. Only negative was that when I’d look at a dress, I’d have to go back to the top of the page of all the dresses when I was done. When you’re looking at 100 dresses and need to look at specific ones to compare, it’s extremely frustrating when you’re just browsing. Was basically forced to either like dresses or add dresses to cart that I wasn’t really considering…

check out issues
the site has beautiful dresses. but when i went to check out it would not let me go past the filling out the name and address. i tried multiple times on both computer and phone (app). nothing. then it told me the dress was sold out but when i kept going back throughout the day it would say it’s available however, same issue during check out. tried the next day and it went through. web bug issue? otherwise the site is actually designed very well. good job dev(s)!

Wonderful Experience
I ordered my dress size10 and it arrived quickly. Once I got the dress I tried it on and it was too small in the top, so I returned it and got the money returned to a gift card so I could repurchase in the right size. I will shop from here again! I will advise others to use this shop.
Recommendation for Dress Search
Lovely bridesmaids options! I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings that have had color and fabric requirements from Azazie and then the bridesmaids can chose any dress. I think it would be brilliant to add AI integration where a bridesmaid can upload the bride’s dress, bridesmaid dress color & fabric, then receive recommendations on styles that match. An additional idea might be the ability for a bride to chose x amount of different styles and then the bridesmaids can chose of one of those and see if anyone else has that one so no one is matching.

Great but slow
Great app but it does move rather slow and glitches at times. I wish there was a feature to save recent searches instead of adding in all the details each time I open the app

Love being able to try on dresses before purchase
My measurements were between three different sizes. I loved being able to order all three size dresses for $10 each and then choose the one that fit the best before a final order. This is a great benefit!
