Top reviews

It was better before

Before the update I was able to see my position within my co workers , now I’m not able to see my position anymore just my score

Missing data

Horrible app randomly stops working and constantly loses data

Doesn’t work like it should

Azuga really needs to fix how drivers are paired with trucks. Once you set up your assigned truck, your phone should stay paired to that truck unless you manually change it. My score stays low because 90% of the time when I check my trip logs, it has me logged into someone
Else’s truck.

Doesn’t work correctly

It links any truck that drives by to my phone

Errors

The app constantly tells me I have experienced an error and that I need to restart. But don’t worry, I have the latest version, no updates are available, and no idea what the error is, so that’s cool.

The accurate at all

I have been using Azuga every day for work, and I've noticed that it seems to become more sensitive over time. I wanted to share my experience because it has created a lot of unnecessary stress.

The distraction detection feels overly aggressive. Sometimes simply opening the truck door triggers an event, and even briefly glancing at the GPS—which is necessary to safely navigate to my appointments—can be marked as distracted driving. This makes it feel like there is very little privacy or reasonable allowance for normal work-related tasks.

I've also experienced issues with speed detection. There have been times when I was driving 2 mph below the posted speed limit, yet the app still recorded me as speeding. Because of these inaccuracies, it has been nearly impossible to achieve a perfect driving score. No matter how carefully I drive, I consistently end up with scores of 97 or 98 instead of 99 or 100.

Another concern is transparency. If the sensitivity for acceleration, braking, or other driving events can be adjusted, employees should know exactly how those settings are configured and whether they are applied equally to everyone. Without clear and consistent standards, it's difficult to trust that the scoring system is fair, especially when driving scores may affect bonuses or employee evaluations.

I don't mind using cameras or being held accountable for safe driving. I support safety. My concern is accuracy, consistency, and fairness. When I work hard to maintain a safe driving record but still receive penalties for events that don't seem accurate, it creates unnecessary anxiety and makes for a stressful work environment.

I hope Azuga continues to improve the accuracy of its detection system and provides greater transparency so drivers can feel confident that they are being evaluated fairly.

Horrible

Says your speeding even when doing 10 mph below speed limit I would not recommend this app to anyone wanting correct data on what their drivers are doing

Set up for fraud and liability

Once the driver leaves the fleet vehicle that he or she has Azuga connected with, they stay logged in with that vehicle. If someone unauthorized or does not have Azuga uses the car and causes accident injuries or good forbid a fatality, the previous driver connected to the vehicle will be the first one questioned. This is a setup either way for expense litigious problems by all parties involved.

Horrible

I asked my coworkers one good thing about this app we have on our fleet of vehicles. Not one good thought came to anyone. Find a different app for your company

so pad

so pad service

Was good

Can’t view Live feed anymore on iPhone but I can on my android phone.

Scoring is not right

Like he had mark brings your score down so far and I didn’t even brake that hard

Company vehicle tracker

Acceleration is sensitive but otherwise pretty good!

Updates

When updates come through it changes filters within app. I track 25 vehicles and like to have filter to see driver name instead of vehicle number for quicker identification, update changed to vehicle number and want let me filter back.

Excelente aplicación, fácil manejo

Muy buena aplicación y control de vehiculos

Connectivity

Constantly tries to connect to other vehicles in the fleet.

Bogus

Trip scoring, date accuracy and consistency is garbage.

Poor calculations

This app is a joke. It is extremely inaccurate. I was on vacation overseas. Five days into my vacation my driving score went up two points. I was gone for two weeks so my profile went inactive. I returned. It turns on with no infractions. I’m a 91. How does this happen? Why is your software so inaccurate?
