The accurate at all
The distraction detection feels overly aggressive. Sometimes simply opening the truck door triggers an event, and even briefly glancing at the GPS—which is necessary to safely navigate to my appointments—can be marked as distracted driving. This makes it feel like there is very little privacy or reasonable allowance for normal work-related tasks.
I've also experienced issues with speed detection. There have been times when I was driving 2 mph below the posted speed limit, yet the app still recorded me as speeding. Because of these inaccuracies, it has been nearly impossible to achieve a perfect driving score. No matter how carefully I drive, I consistently end up with scores of 97 or 98 instead of 99 or 100.
Another concern is transparency. If the sensitivity for acceleration, braking, or other driving events can be adjusted, employees should know exactly how those settings are configured and whether they are applied equally to everyone. Without clear and consistent standards, it's difficult to trust that the scoring system is fair, especially when driving scores may affect bonuses or employee evaluations.
I don't mind using cameras or being held accountable for safe driving. I support safety. My concern is accuracy, consistency, and fairness. When I work hard to maintain a safe driving record but still receive penalties for events that don't seem accurate, it creates unnecessary anxiety and makes for a stressful work environment.
I hope Azuga continues to improve the accuracy of its detection system and provides greater transparency so drivers can feel confident that they are being evaluated fairly.

Also be sure you know they have fees and good luck cancelling service! You will be charged for cancelling service, and a nearly $150 per unit fee to return their terrible devices.
I really hope you read this and decide not to use them. Terrible organization!
