A Healing Kick in the Butt
I’ve tried B The Method, left for a short while to try other things, and ultimately came back because I simply couldn’t find another workout that meets my body where it is quite like this method does. It absolutely kicks my butt, but somehow, just when I start thinking I can’t do another second, we’re moving on—or I realize I’ve made it through the entire workout and there’s something incredibly rewarding about that.
I’ve dealt with a lot of neck, shoulder, back, knee, and overall joint pain, sometimes to the point that it affects how comfortably I can move. B The Method allows me to strengthen my body in a way that makes those areas feel more supported. Overall, I feel less pain, greater mobility, and a just stronger.
B The Method has helped me redefine what exercise can look like as I age. It isn’t just about aesthetics. It feels like I’m giving my body the extra attention, care, and love it needs while getting a great workout.

I’m a loyal customer.
Recently, on one of Lia’s Instagram posts (May 2026), she was at an event for women. It was also another ad.
I commented that I was tired of trainers moving away from fitness and more invested in advertisements, and generating promotions rather than focusing on fitness.
I said I was not going to renew my yearly subscription. Four other people “liked” my post, one other person commented under with a shared sentiment. Lia commented she “was sorry I felt that way”.
A few days later, I see B the Method and Lia Bartha have blocked me on Instagram.
This is censorship. What happened to caring about fitness? Caring about the customer?
I said nothing defamatory, vulgar or damaging. Like others, I stated a fact, which is allowed. This is a world to discuss feedback and opinions.
Lia openly asked her clients for feedback in a survey even a few weeks back through her newsletter. So is feedback allowed? I guess not.
I’m deeply saddened this is how you treat people and customers. You could have approached this in an entirely different matter, if you actually cared about your client. I can see you don’t.
