It’s Not About Fitness
I’ve purchased:
1. the ball
2. weighted ball
3. ankle weights
4. I reached out specially to the team, to buy a B the Method sweater for my birthday 2 yrs ago.
5. Black yoga mat
6. Small pressure ball
I’m a loyal customer.
Recently, on one of Lia’s Instagram posts (May 2026), she was at an event for women. It was also another ad.
I commented that I was tired of trainers moving away from fitness and more invested in advertisements, and generating promotions rather than focusing on fitness.
I said I was not going to renew my yearly subscription. Four other people “liked” my post, one other person commented under with a shared sentiment. Lia commented she “was sorry I felt that way”.
A few days later, I see B the Method and Lia Bartha have blocked me on Instagram.
This is censorship. What happened to caring about fitness? Caring about the customer?
I said nothing defamatory, vulgar or damaging. Like others, I stated a fact, which is allowed. This is a world to discuss feedback and opinions.
Lia openly asked her clients for feedback in a survey even a few weeks back through her newsletter. So is feedback allowed? I guess not.
I’m deeply saddened this is how you treat people and customers. You could have approached this in an entirely different matter, if you actually cared about your client. I can see you don’t.
