Cannot Sign In
After entering user name and password (correctly) and touching sign-in nothing happens. If you can’t sign in, what good is this app?
Stay away
This company in general is nothing but a scam.Take it from me they are more than happy to take your money and run with it.You will be better off in a big way by taking your business elsewhere.
Shady business practices
Buyer beware with this company.
They say free shipping with orders over $99. After you check out and pay they email you days later saying shipping that said zero on their site is now $209 dollars. After communicating I was informed there is fine print hidden on their site, and I should have read their policy and know I owed more.
However even if I knew it should be more (which I didn’t, how could I) there is nowhere to correct their (IT) problems .
So, according to them, it’s my fault they said I owe $0.00 in shipping on their site? The site says shipping over 99 is free. So they lie! The owner and managers don’t care about the clients or their own site that they built. They enjoy blaming the customers.
Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else anywhere else, or order from China the policies seem to be the same.🤷♂️
