About
Most baby apps tell you what your baby should be doing this week. Very few show you what to actually do with them.
I took my son to a baby movement class when he was 3 months old, and that one class completely changed how I understood baby development. Babies learn by moving. They just need a parent who knows what to offer them, and when. That's what this app is for.
And no, it's not about turning your baby into a gymnast.
YOUR ROUTINE IS ALREADY THERE
Every week you get a routine matched to your baby's age in weeks, from newborn to toddler. A few minutes, a handful of exercises, in order. You don't have to plan anything or guess what comes next.
SEE EXACTLY HOW EACH MOVE IS DONE
Every exercise has a video demonstration and step-by-step instructions. You see how to hold and support your baby before you try anything.
MOVEMENT THROUGH THE WHOLE DAY
Small activities you can do during diaper changes, feeding, carrying and play. Most of what a baby learns about moving happens outside of a planned session anyway.
FIND IDEAS FOR YOUR BABY'S AGE
Filter the exercise library by age. As your baby grows, new exercises appear for the next stage.
THE GUIDES, IN ONE PLACE
The movement lessons that come with your account are all in the app. Depending on your access, feeding guidance, recipes and shopping lists are there too.
OTHER PARENTS DOING THE SAME THING
Ask questions, share what's working, and post the small wins nobody else in your life gets excited about.
PRODUCTS WE ACTUALLY RESEARCHED
Baby products we looked into ourselves, and what we found, so you can decide what fits your family.
Made for parents and caregivers to use with their babies.
ACCOUNT & CONTENT ACCESS
A Baby Acrobatics account is required. Some content requires a separate purchase. Sign in to access the guides and videos included with your account.
SAFETY
Baby Acrobatics provides educational information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Read the in-app safety guidance and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting. Follow your baby's cues and stop if an activity causes discomfort.
