About
Baby Komt times contractions on your Apple Watch, so your phone can stay in your bag and your hands stay free.
Tap Start when a contraction begins and Stop when it ends. Three dials answer the three questions your midwife will ask:
• Length — how long each contraction lasts
• Interval — how far apart they are, measured start to start, the way midwives measure it
• Pattern — how long they have kept coming long enough and close enough together
When the pattern your midwife gave you has held, the watch shows that it is time to call.
YOUR MIDWIFE'S TIMINGS
Every pregnancy is different. Enter what your midwife or doctor told you — how long, how far apart, and for how long — and Baby Komt applies exactly those numbers. Out of the box it uses Dutch midwifery guidance (KNOV) for a first baby.
MADE FOR THE MOMENT
• Big, clear dials on one screen: no scrolling in the middle of a contraction
• Keeps timing with your wrist down
• Works without your iPhone nearby
• Forgot to tap Stop? That contraction is never recorded silently — you decide whether to keep it
• Try it first: demo mode walks through all three dials in about two minutes, with seconds standing in for minutes
THE IPHONE APP
• A guide you can try out as you read
• A log of every contraction, with averages, to share with your midwife
• Your midwife's timings, sent to your watch
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your contractions stay on your own devices. Baby Komt saves a workout to Health only so the timer keeps running with your wrist down.
Built for everyone: VoiceOver, larger text and Reduce Motion are supported throughout. Available in ten languages.
Baby Komt is a timer, not a medical device. It cannot tell you whether you are in labor. Always follow your midwife's or doctor's advice.
Requires Apple Watch.
