Dumb App
So they make you fill out all of this info to find jobs, but there are none in my zip code and they force you to search by zip code instead of area. I should be able to search before giving you all of my information to at least see if anything is available. What a waste of time. There isn't even a way to see your account in the app so now I have to figure out how to close my account on the web. Again, what a waste of time.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate, will give you the least accommodating assistance they possibly can while still using you to fill shifts and make money

The bacon app helped me find temporary work. I had a month off work and found a couple of shifts that helped.
Handing it to the admin. developers working out bugs kinks and fixes
This Ap has had access to better performance than it has had in more recent years. System settings, provided for a user friendly experience with, staff employees, performance on the job reviews.
As it is right now, the site maps, web masters, in network admin., performances per reviews, algorithm does not match what the data has provided end user with information on the app itself.
So. Not only are you rated by the Admin. on job site. Managers and, Management; it would seem, the developer is enabled, or, rather more less responsible to determine status being on stand by.
In ap support is relatively unresponsive now, as they have been more responsible in the past; I would that they be more clear with their top performers. What with the reasons they have had to answer for events of the day.
The ap is available on demand and, proprietary support is only available within 9-5 hours of the business day. It would be too convenient if, that their work opportunity availability, were also able to plan a schedule once per week within a few days, if only hours in advance.

For a whole year my background check said pending and instead of them trying to help me I received nothing but frustration

Don't bother for ATL
They're blocking sign ups in ATL but still collecting personal info. There are no shifts so they just collect your info and give random error codes while ignoring your support tickets.

I’ve used this app for work a few times since 2023, however I haven’t seen any worthwhile gigs in 2025 or 2026.
I kind of gave up after I showed up to a gig and was told, “oh yeah, we forgot to cancel!” at a RV park for some small business, then did not get paid the 4 hour minimum promised, and was basically ignored by support.
Recently I have seen gigs listed in Florida that require a drug test and interview for a hospital janitorial job… in Arizona with my 50 mile filter set…
Don’t get your hopes up today, maybe things will change in the future?

Notifications
I get a notification that there is a shift available and click on it within a minute but the all just shows that all shifts are full which is annoying.
Poor app deployment
I tried to login today to no avail. The app won’t accept anything I input except the wrong password, which after use allowed me to see everything on my profile by simply pressing the back button from the login screen. I couldn’t do anything besides view however a major security risk and non functioning login page all in one trip.

No jobs at all
I had this app for 2 months and didn’t see anything about a job
Literally a waste of time
Every shift I have applied to says I am “No longer needed” less than 24 hours before the shift… I am managing my schedule around these shifts, but they don’t value my time or energy at all.
App doesn’t work no notifications company promises to respond to tickets within 4 hours or 24 hours
And they have basic tickets open for months for no reason. I asked for an accommodation for a no call no show and instead of just saying they weren’t willing to make an exception (I’d got it cleared with the client and thought I was good and it was last minute but I just asked if it could be a late withdrawal) they just kept asking more and more questions about it like they could’ve just said we dont want to make an exception but they sent like 10 emails asking why I thought it should get one (which I guess meant no?) but don’t respond or take accountability for all their shortcomings.

Stars but I’ve had a permit on file for weeks and am getting requests from clients but they just won’t look at my permit so I can’t even apply through the app.

onboarding video bug
i cant get passed Onboarding requirement because every time i try to finish the video, it freezes around 2:31 mark. This is frustrating and it’s keeping me from being able to make money. I can’t apply to any jobs until the onboarding video is completed.
