Have to reset pin every single time
What is the point of having a pin, if every time I enter it, the app claims it’s not correct pin and I have to login again and set it again. Urgh!!!
Slow and crashes
I’ve never had such an awful experience using an app than this one. For something that’s supposed to be here for pregnant woman during such a vulnerable time it sure does cause a lot of stress.
Half the time I can’t log in, or the app won’t load. Then when I finally manage to get in the app crashes over and over. Now half of my stuff doesn’t load. It’s not easy to use at all and I’m constantly searching for what I need.
Do we pregnant women really matter so little that the creators and designers of this app won’t fix or address the bugs? It’s like they’ve just made and published the app and gone and left it.

Atrocious
I have never used an app that is so poorly designed both from a technical and a design standpoint. I am logged out in active sessions, it is incredibly slow and prone to errors, the content is formatted in an unreadable manner, I am stuck on an “active” week that has passed, more than half of my appointments are missing, I receive the same notification every week asking about baby movements which just builds anxiety at a time before baby movements should be monitored, and not a single notification about new appointments, upcoming appointments, test results, anything actually useful. I cannot understand how this has been the approved app for such vital healthcare. I cannot express how bad it is.

Hate this stupid ap..
I find this very annoying and unhelpful. During a very stressful time you’d expect the creators to look into the many issues people experience with this system. The pin is annoying I can never remember. Why do I need a pin? It’s on my phone I should be able to just open it or have a password so my phone opens it for me. Not all appointments even appear there so it’s still a case of having to check emails. Was forced to get the ap to continue my journey but using it as little as possible as it doesn’t seem to do anything but irritate me. The reviews seem to all be negative so don’t get the 4.6 rating?? Fakery I feel. Also, I love badgers normally but I hate this one.

Terrible app
I genuinely can’t believe this app is as old as it is and STILL is absolutely useless. Continually kicks me out, glitches all the time and I barely have any information in there. Why have this in order to go paperless, if I and the midwives are still relying on paperwork? Ridiculous and a waste of time, no doubt also a waste of money.

UI is terrible
I would highly recommend you employ a new UX specialist and re design the front end as the app is absolutely terrible from a users perspective.
It’s not obvious where you can click to get more information from appointments. There’s often an overload of information on the messages area so you have to scroll to where you message a midwife. I cannot click on my birth plan option as the options ribbon at the bottom covers it.
It’s truly a very poor user experience.

There is a bug
If not used within few days, the pin password is not accepted anymore and I have to go all the way to NHS Log in and request a link to reset password. This happens every time.
Fantastic when it works!
Overall good app, however when it logs you out, it can sometimes be impossible to get in. The app completely turns off repeatedly trying to get in through NHS login.
Useless app for mothers to be
Just a useless app. Really glitchy and slow. Additionally you can’t see most of your info. Paper notes or the NHS app would be soooo much better. Currently the conversations bit won’t work. There’s no way of reporting issues.
Pointless
App shows little information other than leaflets, a lot of our information isn’t shown or added following appointments. paper notes were much better.
Not user friendly
The interface is not clear or user friendly, the layout is confusing and menu options are hard to find.
Review
It’s often slow to open and view different applications within the app. Also, not all appointments are on the calendar, for example scan appointments are not put onto the badger app, so not everything can be found in the one place.
Poor app full of glitches and breakdowns
My wife is trying to complete the forms, it keeps glitching also she needs to restart the app each time she move to the next sections as unable to save and move on. So annoying
App Bad ger Notes
This app isn’t worth downloading because you won’t be able to see anything useful in it, and you can record your appointments in your calendar without a PIN code anyway. The app is terribly inconvenient: on top of your email and password, you also have to create a PIN. If you forget it — and you definitely will — you’ll have to reset it every time. What’s the point of the app if it contains no information about you?

Never show address
The worst app for the worst healthcare system. It never show you who and where you’re gonna meet for your appointment. It never show you any history of your blood exams, results, past appointments. I see no point using this app. It also says “A text reminder 7 days prior will confirm the appointment and location” which is a lie, never happened. I used My Chart app for the USA health system and everything is so clear and easy to follow, all my health exams, results, documentation’s for every appointment of me and my 3 years old are all in the app. This app is pointless and rubbish.

Logs you out all the time and you have to go around the houses trying to get back in

Dreadful
Awful system. Bring back paper notes. Filled out the extensive pre-booking questionnaire, for none of the answers to pull through to the online system on the day of the appointment. Questions are all over the place, medical history not recorded, don’t rely on it for appointment times. Staff aren’t trained properly to use the system. I could go on.
