Baemin is a delivery service that connects users with a wide variety of restaurants and stores. It offers delivery of meals, groceries, and other essentials, with options for direct delivery, pickup, and even sending gifts.
Key features include delivery from numerous partnered restaurants, grocery delivery from supermarkets and convenience stores, a 'Single Bowl' option with no minimum order, one-hour delivery for essentials via Baemin B-Mart, a pickup option, and the ability to send gifts.
The app itself is free to download and use. While there are various membership benefits and potential discounts, the primary monetization comes from in-app purchases for food and grocery orders, and potentially through ads.
You can order a wide range of items, including meals from local restaurants, everyday essentials like eggs and milk, meal kits, and products from supermarkets and convenience stores. There are also nationwide deals on various household items.
Baemin utilizes real-time location tracking for riders to monitor order progress. Services like Baemin B-Mart aim for delivery within one hour for essential items, and the pickup option eliminates delivery time altogether.
