We have been with this bank for 30 plus years. It’s so nice to have a home type bank that knows you on site. Love you Susan Eggers although you may be retired. Bella was most helpful and professional the last time I took my granddaughter in for her first debit card. You just can’t ask for any better service.

The user interface is very awkward and clunky color scheme is just off functions fine but ui needs work.

I love the mobile deposit of checks, ability to see your spending in real time and my favorite feature is the ability to chat if you have issues resetting your PIN or anything else!
One of the best things BBB has achieved for average customer
The BBB app with its facial recognition and check deposit capability is revolutionary. I used to dread going to the Website because it took forever to get in, I forgot passwords and it would always need to be reset, which you can’t do on the weekends. And the physical bank has not been walk-in due to COVID too. The app has lowered my stress levels considerably and money issues are challenging enough as is, so I am grateful. It functions perfectly. Terrible
Not only is the app terrible the bank it self is very outdated. Transferring my personal and business account else where I have had way too many problems im done!
Not an Upgrade
The new app format requires far too much clicking or swiping, it was not an improvement. I especially do not like the “dashboard.”
How many steps for one action?
System is very redundant, multiple steps for one action.
