Shouldn’t be needed
Zero reason to have an app if you have a website for orders. Stop trying to push people to your data-harvesting app if your website works just fine.
Perrysburg location isn't available
The Toledo and Cleveland locations are available on the app but Perrysburg isn't. Tried to order online and the pop up to download the app is in the way. Wish they made it easier for customers to order from them!

This app doesn’t show the Cleveland location, making it completely useless… I can see my points and past orders, but I have to go through their website to order. Bummer :(

We know this isn’t the most intuitive process, but we hope this helps if you’d like to give the app another try. Where did the check in button go?
The app is ok. It’s functional. But it used to have a check-in button for when you arrive at the pickup spot. Now, if you text the number on the sign it tells you that you can check in on the app, but that button is gone.
It just doesn't work.
I've never eaten here, but i got a coupon for a free bubble tea. Going through the QR code on the coupon doesn't work, downloading the app through the Appstore doesn't work either. Every time I open this app it just says "application failed to load" and asks me to either restart or send an error log. Guess I won't be getting that free bubble tea🤷🏻♂️

Great place, even better now that veggies are steamed. Please bring back bang bang nachos :)
App won’t work, it just says that it will restart over and over again.
The app has stopped working completely. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t fix it. Restart phone doesn’t fix it. I had to go inside and there were people there. This is the last time. I’ll just go to Chipotle or HotHead Burritos for bowls from now on.

Doesn’t work
No matter how many times I uninstall or reinstall, app states “the app will be restarted to update its content”
Frustrating, I have severe social anxiety and don’t like to confront people on wrong orders so I rely on these types of apps.

The app only lets me create a new account if I sign out or happen to delete the app for a period of time. Lost any points I had.
