Survey

I was settled in ETSU MyChart. The transfer has been cumbersome and inefficient. I’ve been in office and rather than fix it then, sent to web site. Only missing data point: med rec #. Another call. I have a log in and PW. Asking me to sign up yet again. Your upgrade, my inconvenience and annoyance. Now this will not submit.
I do not want 2 step verification. You will not turn it off.

Non stop “treatment”

I’ve had a cough since December 2025. It’s now August 2026 and I still have the cough. The cough started producing blood over 4 months ago and I still haven’t had any REAL treatment. I don’t sleep well, I gag constantly bc of the taste, and cough a lot. I have been given antibiotics, cough syrup, x-rays, and an ultrasound. Finally, was “referred” to a pulmonologist and told to call and make my own appointment after I waited for 9 days to hear back from the doctor’s office. Called to make an appointment, was told by pulmonary that only the doctor’s office can make appointments. I feel like they are just jacking me around so they can suck as much money as possible from the insurance company. I need some actual relief here
