pretty useful but has.. quirks
every time i open the app it makes me sign in from scratch now rather than just authenticating via face id but i dont have enough energy to contact tech support and multiple settings get wiped every time it's reinstalled
Medicaid Insurance Coverage
How would it go about changing to United Healthcare Plan ? Because ever since I got on to my disability to actually get Any Type Insurance Plan of Any Type Shape or Form. That’s what I was most concerned & interested in b4 then anyway & still can’t get into a physician for my health issues which are many many .I’ve not any type medicaid insurance 4 coverage of Medical Dr. nor My Medical Care Pharmacy

i get notifications from the app telling me to log in to view but can only view once in a blue moon bc the app never lets me log in it’s always unable to log in makes no sense
MRI
The app works for almost anything. When you’re doing your e-checkin, it will not pull up the photo to mark where you’re having an MRI done. You’ll still need to talk to pre-admission, so don’t bother with e-checkin on the ballad app, it’s a waste of time. Other than that, it works great.

I was settled in ETSU MyChart. The transfer has been cumbersome and inefficient. I’ve been in office and rather than fix it then, sent to web site. Only missing data point: med rec #. Another call. I have a log in and PW. Asking me to sign up yet again. Your upgrade, my inconvenience and annoyance. Now this will not submit

How is it an enhancement when you break it?
Used this for years and liked it, now it’s become cumbersome and information is missing. Good bye, won’t be using this any more.

Some options not responding OR even appearing.
1. You have health reminders - no response when I tap on it.
2. The new virtual assistant notice is not working. Nothing happens when I tap it.
3. There are NO icons in the white bar at the bottom.

Up to date information
I had used the app for an appointment to fill out paperwork which made the check in process easier. I was admitted to the hospital and started getting texts and realized the test I just had 20 minutes ago was in my phone. 😊
