2026 app still doesn’t work
I’m a member and I’d really like to buy my books from here instead of having to log in from the internet constantly

I picked 1 star because there isn’t a zero star option. I see I am in the same boat as a review left 3 years ago. I expected to be able to download my purchased book not realizing that I was slave to an app until after I purchased it. Then to app won’t open and as stated in the prepurchase clause, no refunds. What a crock.

Crashes before fully opening
I ordered an audiobook on Books-A-Million and downloaded the app as instructed. Upon trying to open the app brings up an all white page with the words “BAM! Audiobooks”. Within a matter of seconds the app promptly crashes and closes. (iPhone 17 ProMax)

Why did you make a audio book app why not do a book about your store I logged in and I was stuck on the title screen for 5 minutes and I have the newest things so it can’t be slow because of my phone so logical conclusion for all.
