2026 app still doesn’t work
I’m a member and I’d really like to buy my books from here instead of having to log in from the internet constantly

I picked 1 star because there isn’t a zero star option. I see I am in the same boat as a review left 3 years ago. I expected to be able to download my purchased book not realizing that I was slave to an app until after I purchased it. Then to app won’t open and as stated in the prepurchase clause, no refunds. What a crock.

Crashes before fully opening
I ordered an audiobook on Books-A-Million and downloaded the app as instructed. Upon trying to open the app brings up an all white page with the words “BAM! Audiobooks”. Within a matter of seconds the app promptly crashes and closes. (iPhone 17 ProMax)

Why did you make a audio book app why not do a book about your store I logged in and I was stuck on the title screen for 5 minutes and I have the newest things so it can’t be slow because of my phone so logical conclusion for all.

Crashes before opening
I ordered an audiobook on Books-A-Million and downloaded the app as instructed. Upon trying to open the app brings up an all white page with the words “BAM! Audiobooks”. Within a matter of seconds the app promptly crashes and closes. I’m using an iPhone 17 ProMa with the latest update. I have done all the troubleshooting steps, multiple times. No luck getting it to work. I will be asking for a refund of the audiobook that I purchased.

Negative stars is more like it
Just like the other already posted, I’m not having any luck with this app at all. I literally open the app, and not even a minute later, it’s crashing. What’s the point of even having this app exist if you can’t use it?

When you enter your correct credentials, it STILL does not accept it. I wonder if this whole company is just AI

Why would you spend the money, to make an audiobook app? That’s the stupidest waste of money! Instead you could’ve made an app, for your store like everybody else..
Trouble logging in
Was not able to log in. Other reviews state similar experience. Unable to resolve with customer support.
APP ISSUES
Why can’t someone address the issues with this app?! You can’t sign in even though your information is correct. You can’t contact anyone for assistance. I just became a member, but I am rethinking my decision.

Every time I try to login it tells me it cannot connect to the server. 1 star until I can actually try it.

How to download
You don’t have to use this app at all. Download adobe digital additions. Go to settings and authenticate.
Go to your download section of your online Books A Million, library, press download
Go to your downloads on your device, hold down the book you have download it (if you’re on a desktop right click) and “ share” the file with adobe digital additions
Open adobe, digital editions, hit refresh, your book will then be added to your adobe library.
Open the book. And enjoy!

App doesn’t work; can’t access the ebook I bought
Very frustrating to buy an ebook and then not be able to read it because the app won’t let you log in. If I could give the app zero stars, I would. I have very little faith that this issue will be resolved promptly because there are reviews from a year ago that say the same thing. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased an ebook from Books-A-Million.

I can’t even log in to use the app.. I just created my password and it’s saying that there’s an error! Ugh
Whats going on?!
The app says i Can log onto it once I’ve made my first online our purchase. I did exactly that and it won’t let me log in. I’ve been trying to log on for a few days now … and no luck. I’ve deleted it and downloaded it everyday for more than a week now and it’s giving me a server error msg. The Libby app is way better .

Don’t work
Was so excited that BAM had a book I was looking for in audiobook format that I didn’t read the reviews. Now I’m out 6 bucks for an audiobook I can’t listen to. Tried thier tech support and they were no help whatsoever
