Meets all our expectations for ease of use, security and ability to manage our accounts as we do not have any bank branch locations in our state of SA.

Some nice features but you have to go into and out of areas to do things.
You can’t for instance go into an account and then make a payment or transfer from that account. You have to go back to payments and select the from account.
So, often quite a convoluted customer journey.

Easy to use and good security
I know someone who Banks with another mutual bank and they were recently scammed for almost $80,000. It seems that many red flags were missed by that bank, so I’m happy that when I use the app to make a payment Banks Australia will put a hold on it until I call them if they have any suspicion at all that the payment might be fraudulent.

The Bank Australia app is the best I have ever used. It’s clear, logical and enables access to all needed features of banking. I can pay people, do payments to BPay, transfer between from my accounts like loans and credit cards and savings accounts with ease! Bank Australia is the best bank and the best app ever! There’s no other like it. Congratulations to Bank Australia.
