Some nice features but you have to go into and out of areas to do things.
You can’t for instance go into an account and then make a payment or transfer from that account. You have to go back to payments and select the from account.
So, often quite a convoluted customer journey.

I believe Bank Australia’s app is the best out of all my bank apps. Easy to use and very intuitive!

Does the job but could be much better
App is robust but not particularly efficient - takes too many clicks to make a transfer or send payment to somebody. Quick transfers are a bit too slow also. Strange that automatic payments are not straightforward to setup or edit

Have been using this for a couple of years now, from its first generation. Really useful app, does everything you could want and does it all really well! Great work guys.
