Have been very happy with the Bank Australia app, it looks and functions well. Maintenance is regular and well communicated. I have not had any issues!
Good but for a one or two much needed functional requirements
Can’t resend paid receipts to recipients once you leave the payment section. Highly frustrating. No capacity to take a photo and save receipts to transactions

Thanks for being a great bank and the app does what an app is meant to do and makes life easier.
Not easy to use
In comparison to the CBA app, Bank Australia’s app and website are super clunky. Messages take days to reply to. Nothing can be achieved via secure messaging. Everything has to be done via telephone. Unable to check or change mortgage repayments, alter transaction limits via app/website. I changed bank for their ethics and investments. I look forward to the app improving.

Functional & effective
Works well. A few controls that need getting used to but it works as needed and happy with it. Not clunky or glitchy with millions of things trying to be shoved infront of you.

Lots of notifications and repetitive notifications that are unable to turn off. Bank of Australia send more emails than anyone
