Good features; buggy app
This app has good features but it routinely freezes on login (it generally takes two attempts to login), it’s also SLOW when trying to your cards off and on.
Good app overall but unreliable
Randomly logs me out or turns odd face recognition and then doesn’t allow me to get back in for a few hours - really inconvenient when I need my account at that moment! Everything is laid out well but just a hassle
Remote Deposits
The remote deposit feature for a check on the Bank of Bartlett banking website needs repair. The orientation of the check when you take a photo is not caged to the camera and a person has to rotate the check and move the camera around a lot to frame and take a photo of it because the check is not oriented properly. Hard to describe.

Horrible
The system always down so I can’t check my bank information through the app. I cashed my check on payday and was broke the whole weekend because they took forever to deposit it. They don’t have 24 bank help like first horizon or other banks. The app has you sign into your account and then type your password again just to use zelle. If IM signed in already why do I have to sign in again just to use zelle

Error message each time I try to open app
Every single time I try to open the app I get an error message, stating that there is no network connectivity. Even when I uninstall and reinstall the app, I continue to get this. I am told by the bank that the app itself is not missed functioning that it must be my phone. However, this is literally the only app on my phone that I’m having any problems with. Frustrating!!!

It’s good and I love the bank
The only problem that I have is that the app is so bipolar. Most the time I can’t get my mobile deposits to go through it’ll say I haven’t signed the back of that the amount is wrong and I have to go do it over and over. It’s gotten to the point I will have to wait to put money in till I can make it to the bank. It’s really annoying. If they could fix the bugs it’d be great. But till then ehh

This app is very user friendly and does everything I need. They also had an update recently, which I found more beneficial because you can now see both available and current balances plus more!
It's okay
Mobile deposit works 20% of the time so those of you who work for a living, you'll have to make it to the bank for your deposits. The app works decent enough for something a fourth grader may have coded.
Login failures
It is similar to the websites problem. Every time I go to login on the app it ask me security questions that I never picked and never lets me enter my password. The website locks you out of your account whenever you enter your username, security answer, password wrong once.

Awesome App
This app is perfect. I need 24/7 access to my money, and now I can access it wherever I am since I always have my iPhone! My favorite part is the bill pay. It saves me so much time and keeps me organized so that I'll never miss a payment! Must have app! The interface is also very sharp!
Best integrated app
This app is awesome. I love that I can get balance at my finger tips! It is easy to use and has everything I need from my bank. Being able to pay bills from my mobile phone makes this an indispensable app! Thank you Bank of Bartlett!
