The BOC app is extremely disappointing. It looks and feels like it was designed by school children, with poor features and a very outdated design. The service is really unsatisfactory, just like the overall experience with this government bank. I would never recommend this app or the services of this bank.

This is a prime example of the inefficient and outdated mindset prevalent in state-owned corporations. Despite it being 2025, this app feels like it’s stuck in the 1990s. I can’t even get it to function properly on my iPhone, which raises serious concerns about its security. As the largest state-owned bank, everyone responsible—including the chairman of BOC—should be embarrassed by such a poorly executed product.

Otp is only sent to mobile phone. Not to email. If we lost the sim by migrating there’s no way to access it. Poor design and development.

I hate this app. Horrible and disgusting service, no urgency replying, always requesting to changing the password in every 3 months. Also we can’t use past passwords. How is this possible. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

This can get the credit for the most useless and immature app ever. The developers don’t have any idea of how an app should behave and users have to call hotline for everything even though the app is there.

This app is very poor. Please upgrade clearly. Unfortunately,Online banking users are discouraged and not allowed this slowly process.

App is frequently getting crashed. Even for a minor issue cannot fix through online and have to contact customer service over the phone. They never respond for emails. It’s a shame BOC IT service
