Recently When Iam login in my q plus payment app it says technical error please try again later please fix this problem
Cannot pay the water bill
Cannot pay the water bill anymore. Removed from favourite and now it’s no longer possible to add it back. Says “incorrect details entered,please try again!”
Poor app. No integration with merchant
Last two transactions had issue.
Cargills one payment did not update, then had to do second payment. Then to get refund the 1st….
10% cash back offer with Keells. Rajagiriya keells said thy do not accept Q+, after 1hr shopping. After complaining they accept to proceed. Payment was successful from bank end, but not to merchant. Had to wait another 1hr to get sorted.
