App slowness
Please make sure to keep the app loading faster this is irritating
Not working anymore
Every time is too slow or any problem. Does not work. They have number of different types of apps for commercial bank. But non of them work properly. Not even an update for years.
Worst banking app in the iPhone 👎
OTP codes receiving for transfer money. But ones you enter nothing happens. App will freeze. You have to start the process from the beginning. Also in past updates, there ware so much trouble with this app.

Lease
It's not support to iPhone 14 & does not show foreign deposit. They did not credit CBSL Tran Cost CBSL INC. I try to contact support team but they not answer if answer but answer not properly.
