Lack of options and won’t remember password
It’s ridiculous to have to put one’s password in as often as this app requires. It should allow face or thumbprint indefinitely. Also, the app (and the web page) are very limited in what a person can do. It’s terrible- not intuitive and not helpful.
Unable to make a Mobile deposit for 3 weeks
Seriously? I can’t make a mobile deposit due to App connectivity error. No ETC to fix.
