Not for the mobile banker
Sadly i am going to likely close this account because the mobile interface is beyond glitchy. For someone who frequently travels and relies on an easy way to move money between accounts, BoR is not the right choice.
3 Improvements would benefit end user.
There are 3 things I wish this app provided that it doesn’t.
{1} While the app seems to run fine, there is a delay to notify of transactions. This should be immediate when using your card.
{2} There is also no sound to alert you audibly for any transaction type.
{3} There is a limit to how far back you can go into your purchase history.
“Other cards” do these things well, and would seem like a baseline reference standard.
Please seriously consider these updates, as I believe your customer base would highly appreciate it.

App doesn’t work anymore
Very upset. I can no longer use the app. I can not update the app unless I update my phone. I refuse to update my phone. I have never allowed my phone to update and it still works like new. Both my kids had their phones crap out due to apple update BS. I am very angry that you are trying to force me to allow apple to send my phone the kill code or buy a new phone. I should not have to update to use the same old app with my same old phone!

Needs work
Have somebody come in to rework the app to include features that most other bank apps include.
Easier log in.
Better verification.
More options like changing account names, getting bank statements and tax forms.
Just seems to fall a little short.
