Useless app
This app is incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried enrolling my account more than 10 times, and it keeps saying, “Unable to process account enrollment.” I’ve double-checked all my information, and everything is correct, but the app still won’t let me register.
A banking app should make things easier, not waste customers’ time. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because it’s preventing users from accessing their accounts. Very disappointing experience.

SLOWEST APP ON MY PHONE
I have no idea why a major financial institution can’t produce a banking app that actually loads under 20 minutes. I will eventually close this account and go to a different institution in the Philippines if this is the support the bank provides to its customers.
MOBILE OTP
I can’t turn it on, please help me to fix it😬 I using this device before and now after the update or reinstalling the app this is what happened, and it always shows “an error was encountered when trying to register device for mobile OTP.

The app frequently requests for updates but when you check the app store, there’s no update available.
OTPs are often late despite good network reception. Same issue with the online website.
