I cant create otp to my account and everytime i use face id the app crashed!
Worthless App
I can’t even wrap my end around the fact that I cannot transfer money from m BOC foreign savings account to my PESO account. Ridiculous. Changed my password and suddenly the app just quits every time I log in.

Thank you, Bank of Commerce, for making your app accessible to Filipinos living in the U.S. Now I can easily access my funds in the Philippines and transfer to GCash to continue paying my bills back home.
Limited use
Hardly useful for anything. You can’t even see floating charges. A lot of improvement needs to be done.
QR code
It would be better if you’ll allow the users to create their QR code. I also noticed that the alert message received after every transaction can’t be found in the application’s inbox. Not sure how the inbox works but it’ll be nice if users can see not just the notification but also the messages in the app’s inbox.

Registered devices
It is good that bank of commerce finally developed an app. Although they are a bit late in the ballgame. But you can not remove the list of registered devices(app) on their website. The delete button does nothing. It is not a if you are going to have the same phone forever. Sent them an email when this app first came out but no response. And tried to remove some on the list again and still nothing.

Suggestions for improvement
It’s good that BOC finally has a banking app and I get to manage payments and banking online. Just a few suggestions for improvement:
A. “Favorite Template”. I have to save the template every single time I have use it because it always prompts that the bank is incorrect and that “template name already saved”. Would be less of a hassle if this was fixed.
B. Are there plans of adding credit card management options? I don’t know nor cannot track my balances real time. I won’t even know if I have credit card fraud until my next statement arrives. Also payments, I won’t know if my cc payments have already reflected or if it was received. Hoping to see more improvements from BOC app!
