Love hometown hate the app
The best bank with the worst app. It’s 2026 I should be able to check my balance whenever but the app is constantly “under maintenance” which is just a cover. It always takes multiple attempts to login. If you can log in at all. It has been two days with at least 15 sign on attempts I can’t see anything on by account. I can get in one second then get booted go to log back in and it’s “under maintenance” or “having difficulty”

The app never works. It always say an unexpected error has occurred. Very nice people in person but the app is the worst!

Broken app
Fix the app!! The bank itself is great but the app is trash. I shouldn’t have to sign in three times every time I try to log on to the app.
Verification annoyance
You verify adding an external account through the phone and the email just to have to then call the bank to do it. Why all the steps just to call outside of that the bank and the app has been great
Mobile banking
Mobile banking is fast, accurate and accessible. It saves time and you do not need to drive to the bank. It is so convenient.
Inconvenient
I understand the security but you sent me a text with a security code to verify my identity when I signed in then a minute later you had to send me another text to confirm my identity! All the texts are too much!
Banking like it’s 2009
You can login via FaceID but you’ll still need to go through the SMS verification process every single time you login.
The app’s content also stays visible in the app switcher which is bad practice since the app contains sensitive information and does not require FaceID when switching back to the app.
This is also not a native app but the mobile website in a downloadable package. It’s slow, it’s clunky and it’s lazy.

On line banking app
Very easy to navigate. Luv it . Can do all my banking from my phone . Who would ever guess how far we have come from pay phones and rotary dial phones!
Ugh
Literally won’t let me open my account? EVERYTIME i log in it gives me an error notification so I can’t even see my balances or access my account. Super frustrating. Normally it’s perfectly fine and easy to use

Been having trouble with the app lately :( will have to switch banks because it is becoming impossible to use.
Home town app
I always get a message that there’s a network error. Every time I try to log on .. And then I have to get a text to log in even after password and Face ID..
Great Platform
Easy to use 24/7, reliable and great functionality.
Please fix the Face ID
App works fine but I’m sick and tired of opening it, it verifies my face, but then says error and I have to close the app and do it again. Always works the SECOND time, but never the first time. Very inconvenient and annoying. Please do this simple fix.
Over charge fees
My account shows no pending transactions the night before and then the next day transactions go thru throwing my account in the negative.

Why does the app error out 2-3 times every time I attempt to login?!
I hate this stupid app
All i want to do is check my banking account and use my money and it won’t let me log in. My password and user name are correct and it says I need to call someone to help. They care so much abt keeping your baking information safe that they won’t even let the owner of the account in. It’s so frustrating. They also make you put in your phone number, to revive a texted code, just to log in even after you put in your username and password in. You also have to do it again if you want to transfer money. OBVIOUSLY ITS ME IF I KNOW MY PASSWORD, USERNAME, HAVE MY PHONE, AND IM GETTING THE CODE. You don’t need to test me 14000 times Jesus Christ
