One of the most unstable banking app
It can go down anytime for hours and days without any prior notice.. features are fine but need to make this a stable and reliable app.
The worst app
The errors are constant and this app is non sensical and the worst banking app ever. Learn from world leaders in this domain and hire good developers. Almost every day you get unnecessary errors and you can send money at all. The OTP arrives 7 hours later.
I wish I would never do business with BankIslami. Even HBL is way better than you guys.

Money stuck
Not sending money to different account they said deposit 1 lakh in account when I was opening account now money stuck in this bank giving unknown errors

Slow, unpredictable and unreliable
App never works the first time. Its always hands, half of the times OTP never comes in.

I am from Australia try login but it’s not working try to contact support but they didn’t help
Uninstalled forever
Happy to uninstall the app and got my account closed in the most stupid bank of the century. The app doesn’t work, the helpline doesn’t work

Always crash. Not opening, server down, not able to generate OTP. Previous app was much better and robust.

The bank islami digital services are always down and app barely works. But I want to motivate the developers so that's why I'm leaving a 5 star review

Worst app ever
Reconsidering switching bank just because of this app. Hating everything. Every single time using it, it shows some error and this is so frustrating. Old one was gold

Bank islami has the worst digital banking services. Never face such issues in logging to any other bank app. They have made their app so secure that even their customers cannot access it.

I wish we would be able to compete with international banking. At least have a code to compile app that works. Cant change bank as I am in abroad, otherwise I switch. HBL has better app experience.
Pathetic App with multiple bugs
This has to be the most frustrating app. My linked accounts keep getting changed or removed, or the transfer doesn’t go through, sometimes a when it goes through it shows as not gone through. Even the otp generation most of the time is delayed and as a result cannot add payee or process payment. The Bank doesn’t seem to care about enhancing customer experience unfortunately
