The Worst service ever
The worst rental app I've tried. If you need a bike, you'd better use any other company. I rented a bike, got to the address I needed, but it turned out I couldn't leave it. I needed to return the bike to the starting point. I returned it to the starting address, after which they couldn't explain to me how to finish the ride (I spent more money to finish the ride). I topped up €25, asked for a refund, for which I was asked for €3 for processing the return, and maybe in 2 weeks they'll give me my money back.

Bad experience
Absolutely wonderful, but also ruined my day completely. Two things to watch out for - 1) doesn’t work on data only eSIM. I had to use a super low bandwidth roaming service to get it working. 2) many bikes require you to drop off back at pickup location but map still marks all possible drop off location. Confused me so much when I couldn’t end my trip. Wasted 45min

This is a great option, was very easy and super cost effective to have the bike for a few hours! Would highly recommend!

Great system but unclear
It was easy to get the app, to activite it and to find a bike. However, once you get the bike, it is unclear how much it cost. 50€ for a afternoon, +/- 3h, it s theft!

Asks to use location. Then whatever you choose it brings up an error message and then loops so you can’t do anything else. Even does this after quitting the app.
Tried to enter phone number but it doesn’t recognise the number. Another error message that’s impossible to fix.

Great when you need a ride!
You can almost always find a Bike within a short walk from you and it’s a really easy, user friendly app. The biggest downsides are the cost, it’s quite expensive and the fact that sometimes you get a bike with no battery. So always check that there’s battery before scanning the QR code which starts the counter ticking.
