Terrible app
This app sucks, it doesn’t track all of the buses, the timing is off, it even puts stops that bus drivers do not recognize themselves as a stop so they refuse to pick you up. There’s times when it says the bus comes in 20 minutes and then shows up 2 mins later and vice verse

Idk if you seen the “THIS APP DOES NOT WORK” it obviously works you just need to RENEW your PAYMENTS or UPDATE THE APP.

The app was great until all of a sudden when i put my address and where im going, it doesnt show me times anymore or anything. Completely didnt work

The Single ride fair is supposed to be good for a transfer and there have been several instances where it doesn’t work so unfortunately for me I have to buy another one or have cash. Though when I go to buy another one right on the bus in front of the driver and go to scan the QR code and it still doesn’t work and then he just looks at me like, oh well, there’s got to be a better way to deal with these issues. This app needs to be perfected because it could literally leave someone stranded or late to a job if they can’t come up with another ticket or fair right away.

Use cash!
App started working out great. My last two rides didn’t work. Last time I used the app and didn’t work the bus driver was completely unsympathetic. Showed her my bank statement and everything. Was ready to kick me off. Luckily I had cash. Never using it again. Use cash people!
BEWARE!!! Unsatisfactory.
This app is DOES NOT work. It will not give you the best route, the timing is off, the “all day pass” runs out after an hour and you will get a “QR expired” message even though it’ll clearly say you have a HOURS left. I had to buy a whole new pass because my original one was not working so I spent more money than I would’ve if I just went to the station and brought a pass. This app is JINKY and will have you looking silly as well as take your money and make you late to wherever you need to go!

Bought an all day pass and it expires in an hour. Fix your app... Now how am I gonna get home I feel so robbed.
