App worked one time. I need to order product but I can’t.
The app worked one time on my very first order. Now whatever I press like shop now. It would go to a black screen with the title shop now. Nothing more. When I looked here. It say app version 3.9. But when I look into the app version I’m using. It say 6.22.15 I need help. I need to order product but I can’t. It’s hurting my business.

What’s the point ?
I guess I don’t understand the point of the app. When you order you have to reenter your payment and shipping address. No ease at all. I’ve found the convenience of buying on Amazon is worth the extra fifty cents. Be nice if shipping address and payments would save. Why bother with an account just to have an account?

Ok but needs work.
New cocktails like Refreshers can’t be added to Subscriptions. The “My Capsules” section is missing numerous drinks like Manhattan, and Dirty Martini. The My Capsules section should also have a print or text feature to create a drink menu of available options to show to guests.
Good app
I see most of these reviews are a couple years old. The app has improved dramatically since then. You can shop, manage your subscription, etc. They have fixed just about all of the issues people had. This is a solid app to pair with your Bartesian product.
Crashes
I have had this app for over a year now. it was working perfectly All of sudden I click on my cart it crashes it goes back to the Home Screen every time. I have to now go on the website to order in time for new years. Please fix this app.
Multiple order at same time
The app made a multiple order of the same drink as the app freeze and when black as others wrote. And when the screen came back it made a multiple order without me knowing .
Two months ago, just visiting the site , only by placing a product in my cart, and order was made . I was surprised to receive a box, I kept it as its one of my favorite .
Your product are great, but fix the cart issue order issue , maybe it’s related to subscription . At least , have a pop-up to say you bought the same xxx time ago, do you still want to go ahead with the order.

Impossible de changer de language sur l’app quand on est au Québec apparemment, et les traductions en français sont ATROCES en plus de renfermer plein d’erreurs d’images (par exemple quand on commande le dirty martini l’app dit qu’on commande les espresso). Je me verrais bien mal dans un bar commander un GENOU D’ABEILLE!! Svp faites traduire votre app convenablement ou donnez nous l’option de commander en anglais…

Absolutely unusable
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The only thing you need this app for is to manage your Bartesian subscription and it can’t do that at all.
Useless
You can’t even add anything to the cart. When you click a capsule, there’s no information on what type of spirit it calls for or anything. Deleting…
Potential
The app has potential. It looks good. I’m not able to favorite any capsules. Get a message “something went wrong”. Needs some more work for sure.
Great Product-Horrible App
The app is very buggy to order. Doesn’t save edits but the site works well. The machine is always a party favorite
Can’t log in
After numerous attempts of trying to get past the login screen, I gave up. Looks like I’ll be purchasing pods off Amazon, since your company doesn’t want to sell via convenient app
Bar-Nothing
Can’t even login..updated email password numerous times. Nothing!
Not able to login
I use the same login that I use in the website but for some reason it doesn’t log in. Change the password three times and I can keep logging in at the website but not in the app.
App doesn’t work
Unfortunately, this app does not connect to your Bartesian account. My website account login does not work with this app. And you’re not able to create a new login with the app because your email is tied to your website login. So unfortunately, my website login account is where I have to manage all my bartesian orders. I’m unable to use the app at all. I can’t even login.

App is pretty useless
Had high hopes for this app but only disappoints. No order history, account information, ect. Doesn’t view properly on your phone. Only proper way to order is through the website unfortunately. Definitely needs a major overhaul.

Fix the app
Selected items won’t load to shopping cart. Maybe it’s me but kinda fundamental that you would want customers to be able to buy product.
Worthless
Completely worthless. Can’t edit subscription orders. And orders made on the website don’t even show up as past orders in the app. Get rid of it or fix it!
